I bought a car in different state, but those assholes faked my signature and charged me about 10,000$ above what i was suppost to pay, I financed the car, they sent those papers with fake signatures to bank and I am still paying for it, I filed a BBB complain but dealership want respond to them, so they just left negetive feedback on their rating, and I cant even file a civil court, since I am in different state, so I just need an attorney that can help me with this, perhaps file a lawsuit for about couple millions, so they will learn their lesson, since I am not the first person that they screwed over like this. I alos have plenty of evidence. Any info will help, BTW the dealership is Baron Auto Mall in Queens/Hollis, New York

Jacko Dead at 50

The MTV generation The moonwalking pop star drove the growth of music videos, vaulting cable channel MTV into the popular mainstream after its launch in 1981. His 1982 hit Thriller, still the second best-selling US album of all time, spawned a John Landis-directed music video that MTV played every hour on the hour. “The ratings were three or four times what they were normally every time the video came on,” said Judy McGrath, the chairman and CEO of Viacom Inc.’s MTV Networks. “He was inextricably tied to the so-called MTV generation.” Five years later, Bad sold 22 million copies. In 1991, he signed a $US65 million ($A80.85 million) recording deal with Sony. The catalogue provided Jackson a steady stream of income and the ability to afford a lavish lifestyle. He bought the sprawling Neverland ranch in 1988 for $US14.6 million ($A18.16 million), a fantasy-like 1000-hectare property nestled in the hills of Santa Barbara County’s wine country. Financial difficulties But the bombshell hit in 1993 when he was accused of molesting 13-year-old Jordan Chandler. “That kind of represents the beginning of the walk down a tragic path, financially, emotionally, spiritually, psychologically, legally,” said Michael Levine, his publicist at the time. ClevelandFed Housing Crisis Part II

Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland Proposal for Breaking the Housing Crisis Cycle: Unless we attack the housing crisis cycle at multiple points, theres a chance our efforts will fall short. If we only focus on delinquencies and foreclosures, and fail to address the problem of what to do with the excess of homes on the market, we wont break the cycle. The focus should be on a set of coordinated, long-term policies that target multiple points in the housing crisis cycle. Loan modifications. We believe in compensating mortgage servicers who modify loans to keep people in their homes. We also think we should look at temporarily shielding lenders from investor lawsuits that might be filed as a result of their loan modification efforts.
